STEP ONE
Initial Consultation
Every project begins with a conversation. During the consultation, we take time to understand your goals, your home, and what you hope to accomplish with the renovation.
We’ll discuss:
- Your ideas and priorities for the space
- The existing layout and potential improvements
- Budget expectations and investment ranges
- Project timeline and scheduling considerations
This conversation helps determine whether the project is a good fit and what the next steps should be.
STEP TWO
Project Planning & Scope Development
Once we move forward, the next step is defining the project in more detail.
This stage focuses on understanding exactly what work will be completed so the renovation can be planned correctly.
- Site measurements and evaluation
- Layout planning
- Scope of work development
- Budget refinement
- Material and finish discussions
Careful planning during this stage helps prevent surprises once construction begins.
STEP THREE
Design & Material Selections
With the scope defined, we begin selecting the materials and finishes that will bring the project to life.
Depending on the project, this may include:
- Cabinetry selections
- Tile and flooring materials
- Countertops
- Plumbing fixtures
- Lighting and hardware
Taking time to finalize selections before construction begins allows the project to move forward efficiently.
STEP FOUR
Construction
Once planning and selections are complete, construction begins.
Our team coordinates the trades, materials, and schedule required to complete the renovation. During construction, we focus on:
- Maintaining a clean and organized job site
- Keeping homeowners informed about progress
- Managing the schedule and trades
- Ensuring work meets our quality standards
Remodeling naturally involves some disruption, but our goal is to keep the process organized and predictable.
STEP FIVE
Final Walkthrough
As construction wraps up, we walk through the completed project together to ensure everything meets expectations.
During this stage we:
- Review the completed work
- Address any remaining details
- Ensure everything is functioning properly
Our goal is for homeowners to feel confident and excited about their newly renovated space.

FAQS
We know renovations bring a lot of questions, and we’re here with clear answers and a process that keeps everything on track.
How do I get started with a renovation project?
Start by filling out our project inquiry form. From there, we’ll schedule a call and, if it’s a good fit, an on-site consultation. We’ll guide you through every step so you know exactly what to expect.
How much does a renovation typically cost?
Every project is different, but most kitchen and major renovations start around $60,000+, and primary bathrooms typically start around $50,000+. Final pricing depends on scope, layout changes, and selections. Take a look at our pricing guide for more information.
How long will my renovation take?
Timelines vary based on scope. Primary bathrooms typically take 4-5 weeks, while kitchens take 6-7 weeks and larger renovations can take several months. We provide a clear timeline before construction begins.
Do I need to have design plans before reaching out?
No. Many of our clients come to us with ideas, not full plans. We help guide layout, selections, and overall direction as part of the process; however, some larger projects do require architectural drawings and engineer-stamped plans.
Will I be able to live in my home during construction?
Sometimes. Smaller projects—yes. Larger renovations are usually not as ideal. We’ll help you plan ahead so there are no surprises.
